Lux Lisbon is a band out of the U.K. They have a very melodic alt-rock sound with strong vocal harmonies, and they list The Killers, Bloc Party, Bruce Springsteen, and Dog is Dead as influences.
I disovered them through TVD500, a contest run by The Vinyl District that would award the winning band with 500 7" vinyl copies of their single pressed for free, in which they were a Top 5 finalist. They didn't win, but their song was my favorite out of the ones in the running.
